The User account is for personal use only on personal computers on home networks. You will not be allowed to use the account on Dedicated Servers, VPS (Virtual Private Server) or Similar.

Only the User who physically owns the account is authorized to log in and use it. The logins in the Users accounts are registered so that we can identify the account sharing. The User agrees to keep his login data confidential.

You confirm that you do not use our services to download files that are considered illegal by the laws of this and the country (s) where our servers are geographically located.

The User is aware that he can not use our services for file downloads involving children, being punished with the suspension of his account and reported to the competent authorities and organizations.

We do not own the files that Users download, we can not verify their content or be responsible for them. We are just an intermediary, just like an ISP. Our services are based purely on data traffic. We do not host or store any files.

The User confirms that he will not use our services in Non Residential Networks, Dedicated Servers, VPS (Virtual Private Server) or Similares or to do "Remote Upload", otherwise his account will be suspended.

Any account sharing or generated links will result in suspension of the User account without any prior notice.

You confirm that you do not attempt to stop our services in any way, such as a server attack. The User may not attempt to circumvent the limitations imposed or violate our payment system. Reproduction, partial or complete, of the content of this site is prohibited without the consent of its owner.

There will be no refund or payment clearing. You sign our services to access a private area of the site, as a result, there will be no return or extension of your account in case of malfunction of one or more of our services. The service is offered as presented and you have no warranty.
